I’ve been coming here since I was a sophomore in high school. I rolled my ankle right when I was going into my junior year of football when I came to you and, ever since then, if I had little pains here and there, if my shoulder was out of place, when I come here, it feels like home, really.
I played until high school, graduated 2010, went to a few different colleges, played football. There’s a lot of injuries in football, little nicks here and there, and being able to come every time really helps me out with my progress throughout football and throughout my whole collegiate career.
It wasn’t just, “Hey, let’s get you fixed and put ice on it.” It was different things, like having to pick up little marbles with my toes because there are different tendons in the foot that strengthen ankles as well. You build everything around it. It’s not just if something is wrong with your ankle or with your shoulder, you look for different problems as well.
It’s not just what’s wrong with your ankle, but what’s wrong with your hip that’s making your ankle hurt or what’s wrong with your back that’s making your shoulder have a problem. When you’re coming in to this kind of place compared to other kinds of places, you feel like you’re at home. When you’re getting treated, it’s not, “Oh, do this,” and they just walk off, they make sure you’re doing it right. They’re checking on you every five to ten minutes to make sure everything’s okay.
It’s more you’re like treating people, not patients.
You’re coming in and helping that person and you actually care what we do. People do recognize that and really do love that.
If you need physical therapy, this is the place to be.
